Q1: How do I become a member?
A1: You can join via the registration page, or send an e-mail to [email protected]
Q2: Does my subscription stop automatically?
A2: No, your subscription continues until you stop it yourself.
Q3: How do I stop my membership?
A3: Simply send an e-mail to [email protected] and tell us you want to stop. We will send you a confirmation e-mail of your cancellation. If you inform us 5 working days or more before the new payment is due, you will not be charged for the new month.
Q:4 How do I pay?
A4: You can pay your monthly fee via GoCardless.
Q5: How much do I pay as a member?
A5: The basic member rate is £ 15 per month.
Q6: If I follow your program, do I have to cook separate dinners for myself and the rest of my family?
A6: Absolutely not! Simply multiply the recipe and you will see that your family will enjoy the meal as much as you will.
Q7: Can I use this program if I am allergic to certain ingredients?
A7: If in doubt, please ask your doctor or nutritional specialist. If you do use use our program, you will of course need to remove or change the ingredients you are allergic to.
Q8: Is this program fit for vegetarians?
A8: This program is not specifically developed for vegetarians. However, some of our recipes are vegetarian and you can of course change the ingredients of other recipes to suit your own life style.
Q9: Is this program fit for vegans?
A9: We do not believe that this program is practical to use when you are a vegan. You can of course try, but it will not be an easy job to change all our menus and recipes.
Q10: Do I get a refund if I want to stop but I have already paid for the month?
A10: Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds.
