Using the government recommended calculations and figures, we use your current estimated Basal Metabolic Rate (calculator available here) and provide an appropriate weekly planner, tailored to your required calorific intake to ensure weight loss, without sacrificing taste or quality. We use appropriate products and menus, to ensure you’re able to capitalise on the freshest – and easiest to buy – ingredients.
How Much Does It Cost?
Our subscription services costs just £15 a month and provides the following:
- Week planners to cover a full month
- Recipes for tasty meals to go with each planner
- No commitment or contractual tie-ins
- Ongoing support and mentoring
How to select your plan
Our planner has different calorie levels. You should not simply choose one. Please use our AMR calculator. With this AMR Calculator you can determine the amount of calories you need to eat per day to stay at your current weight. If you eat about 500 calories less per day, you will lose approximately a pound each per week.
So if your AMR is 2250 kCal and you want to lose a pound per week, you should select the 1750 kCal planner.
